Downtown Los Angeles has become a super fun area to go out in, despite the lingering urine smell in many areas. My boyfriend had a photoshoot for his clothing line in the financial district a few weeks ago, and we decided to revisit the area to do one for me! We were in the area anyway, at the T-Mobile in Fig & 7th where I switched from Verizon (good bye, hella expensive phone bills and unnecessary second line!); plus, Will recently got a fancy camera and needs to practice.
First we went to the Bank of America plaza, which has this cool green area with trees and waterfalls.
The Four Arches are also in the Bank of America plaza.
I took this photo of Will. He’s a natural model, unlike me haha.
He wore his fancy Rick Owens Geobaskets out.
Next we went over to the Chase Bank plaza, which has this cool white sculpture. I’m wearing my favorite pair of summer shoes, my blue Michael Kors platform sandals. I bought these ages ago and they’ve held up really well over the years.
Can you tell what my favorite color is?
These earrings are vintage. They used to be my mom’s when she was young, and she passed them on to me. I get a ton of compliments whenever I wear them – thanks mom! I love how unique and eye-catching they are.
Finally we went to the Citibank plaza, where we had to be sneaky because technically we aren’t allowed to take photos here. It’s such a cool background though, we snapped a few before hurrying away. I got that awesome mint and blue Kate Spade bag during a Memorial Day sale!
We couldn’t resist taking a few forbidden photos here.
